Welcome to Getting Your Furniture Home – where we make the journey of bringing your new furniture to your home a seamless and convenient experience. We offer two distinct options for you to choose from:

Local Store Pickup

here is no charge for customer pick-up. If you can provide a vehicle with the load capacity for your purchase, you can pick up your furniture the same day you buy it and save any additional delivery charges.

  • If the items you purchase are available immediately at the store, we’ll gladly pull your order for you while you drive around to the store’s pick up area, so you can have it NOW.
  • We will be happy to assist you in loading your items into your vehicle.
  • We will not load product into any vehicle we deem is unsafe to transport your purchase.
  • Although we will provide you with tying twine to tie down your items, we are not responsible for securing items to your vehicle.
  • We strongly encourage you to secure your items safely before leaving the loading area.
  • We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs to your merchandise, your vehicle, or other vehicles when you transport your purchase.
  • We want you to be safe and entirely delighted with your purchase.

In-Home Delivery & Set-Up

If you choose delivery, we offer an independent professional, local delivery service that will take your furniture to your home for an additional charge. When you make your purchase, your customer service representative will help you schedule your delivery date.

  • Standard local delivery is within 25 miles of Augusta.
  • Additional charges apply for longer distances or non-standard deliveries.
  • Our primary delivery area is within 50 miles of the Aiken/Augusta metro area – deliveries outside this area may be available and can be quoted.
  • Mattress-only deliveries are available in the Aiken/Augusta metro area at reduced rates.
  • On the day prior to scheduled delivery, the store will call to confirm the delivery date.
  • On the morning of scheduled delivery, the delivery service driver will call to confirm the estimated time range for the delivery.
  • To reschedule a delivery, we ask for a call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a redelivery fee.
  • In preparation for your delivery, make sure that the area where you would like your furniture to be placed is free and clear of old furniture and any items that may obstruct the passageway of the delivery team.
  • The Delivery team cannot be responsible for moving your existing furniture, televisions, stereo equipment or other household belongings, nor can they haul off your old furniture for you.
